In light of current events related to COVID 19, we are temporarily not accepting drop-ins/free trials or visitors at our box.
In addition, class schedules will be adjusting class times to one morning class and one evening class (5:30am & 6:00pm). For those of you who can’t make class at the box, we have CASA WODS posted daily on SUGAR WOD. (Don’t forget to log your results!! ) 
The additional hours between classes allows for proper disinfection and the hours it sits ‘untouched’ will assure we are doing everything we can to protect our paying clients. There is no road map for this, and we’re following it closely as we can....so we appreciate your patience.
